Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil is a natural antifungal agent that can be effective in treating Athlete’s foot. To use this remedy, mix together 2 drops of tea tree oil and 1 tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil. Apply the mixture to your feet and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before washing it off with warm water. Repeat this process 2-3 times per day until your athlete’s foot clears up.
Garlic
Garlic is another home remedy that can be very effective in treating Athlete’s foot. Garlic contains natural antifungal properties that help to kill the fungus that causes athlete’s foot. To use this remedy, simply crush 2-3 cloves of garlic and apply the paste to your feet. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before washing it off with warm water. Repeat this process 2-3 times per day until your athlete’s foot clears up.
You can also choose to put 3-4 garlic cloves in warm water, and soak your feet in this for 15 minutes daily.
