What is a Non-Displaced Fracture?

cast boot

A non-displaced fracture is a break in the bone that does not cause the bone to move out of position. This type of fracture usually occurs as a result of a direct blow or force applied to the bone, such as from a fall or direct impact. Although the bone is broken, it does not usually cause severe disability.
